Charlotte Lucy Gainsbourg (French pronunciation: [ʃaʁlɔt ɡɛ̃sbuʁ] (About this soundlisten); born 21 July 1971) is an English-French actress and singer-songwriter. She is the daughter of English actress Jane Birkin and French singer and songwriter Serge Gainsbourg. After making her musical debut with her father on the song "Lemon Incest" at the age of 12, she released an album with her father at the age of 15. More than 20 years passed before she released albums as an adult (5:55, IRM, Stage Whisper and Rest) to commercial and critical success. Gainsbourg has also appeared in many films, including several directed by Lars von Trier, and has received both a César Award and the Cannes Film Festival Best Actress Award.

In an interview with a die-hard fan after witnessing a concert she organised, she said " Charlotte Gainsbourg is always late to her shows, the shows starts many hours after the scheduled time. Her outfits to her shows looks so boring and unappealing for an artiste of her calibre. She is full if herself and does not listen to her fans who pass constructive criticisms."

"They haven't refunded my money for a concert that was clearly cancelled on the 21st of may and I'm still waiting for my money back! Never ever ever use this company for your tickets!! Disgusting customer service and you just get ignored or they reply back once after loads of emails to say they haven't received anything to say its been cancelled which is a load of rubbish!! They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with if I'm honest! No customer service! They don't care about them keeping mine an other peoples money! Absolutely disgusting and they shouldn't be able to get away with this!!!!!"

"Absolutely disgusting company! I am OUTRAGED. I booked tickets in December 19 for Stormzy in September 20, this has been postponed until a date in April that I am not even in the country!! They are REFUSING to give me a full refund. This is disgusting considering they would not even let me reschedule. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. COW BOY SCAMMING NO GOODS. USELESS THIEVES."

"Don’t bother buying tickets or selling tickets on here unless you want to be scammed. I had purchased tickets in January and I was unable to make the event so I re listed them on the sight a few days later and they sold instantly. I have still not received my payment from this sale and it is now August, nearly 7 months and I have not received a penny back. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and all they telling me to do is ‘wait’. I sold my tickets before the virus so no events were cancelled at this time, so what was the excuse then? A lousy company with lousy customer service."

"Wireless 2020 is indeed cancelled and not postponed and anyone buying tickets from viagogo for this event are entitled to a full refund. Wireless 2021 is not the same event as Wireless 2020, the line up is also entirely different. The legislation which applies is the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Law Reform (Frustrated Contracts) 1943. If viagogo refuse to refund you, ask for a refund from your credit card issuer under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or if you used a debit card ask your card issuer to perform a chargeback. Similarly if an event is postponed you are entitled to a refund. You purchase a ticket based on 4 pieces of information, the name of the artist or event, the venue at which they are performing, the time and date they are performing. If the event is postponed 3 of those 4 pieces of information on the ticket have changed so the goods i.e. the ticket, are not as originally described. This is also covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Make sure you complain about viagogo.co.uk to the Competition and Markets Authority. The CMA are still investigating viagogo and have an enforcement order against them from the courts. Dont give up, thats exactly what viagogo wants. Your ultimate last resort is to make a claim through the small claims court if all else fails and this is well worth doing. Good luck all!"
